All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@aristocratresearch.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of payment: Full cancellation allowed with 100% refund
- Before work commencement: Full refund minus administrative fee of 5%
- After work has begun: Refund amount depends on stage of completion
- Custom/Expedited services: May have different cancellation terms as specified in your agreement

Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Journal submission fees paid to third-party publishers
- Plagiarism check reports
- Completed editing and proofreading services
- Attended training sessions and workshops
- Downloaded digital resources and course materials
- Rush/expedited service fees
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@aristocratresearch.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order/invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary based on the payment method:
- UPI Payments: 5-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days (may vary by bank)
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- Wallet Payments: 3-5 business days
Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. We may consider full or partial refunds outside of standard policy in cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Technical failures on our part
- Force majeure events
- Other extenuating circumstances (reviewed on case-by-case basis)
Service Modifications
If you wish to modify your service request instead of cancelling:
- Modifications can be requested within 48 hours of payment
- Price adjustments will be made based on the new service requirements
- Additional payment may be required for upgraded services
- Partial refunds may be issued for downgraded services
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may appeal by providing additional information or documentation
- Appeals must be submitted within 7 days of the refund decision
- Our management team will review and respond within 5 business days
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai, India
